All PrimaBelle Creations products are created with care and are inspected carefully before packaging and posting, to ensure they leave here in the best condition. 

**Although I take great care, I am not responsible for any damage or loss incurred by Australia Post or alternate courier company. Please request registered post if you are concerned.**

CHANGE OF MIND & INCORRECT SIZING

PrimaBelle Creations does not cancel orders, accept refunds, returns (or exchanges) for change of mind, custom orders or incorrect sizing. Please choose carefully and contact me should you have any questions re sizing before placing your order. The listings are very detailed to help make your purchase easier and more accurate. All sales are FINAL.

FAULTS

Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery and notify PrimaBelle Creations IMMEDIATELY should you find a fault with your purchase. All refunds/exchanges/repairs will be reviewed on an individual basis, providing timely notification is given. Generally speaking within 30 days from date of delivery. 

While handmade is made with love and care, general wear and tear does happen. Please ensure you take care of your item/s, especially embellishments, buttons, snaps, zips etc. No responsibility is taken for buttons, snaps, zips, embellishments, threads etc that come undone or break due to incorrect care or use.

My creations come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the item/s repaired or replaced if the item/s fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange.
